For any not-for-profit club, income from Fundraising and Sponsorship is vital to our existence. Whilst we do charge membership fees, often the investments we make will far out weigh this income. We already have a separate page for Sponsorship, so this is dedicated to our Fundraising ideas.

Bonus Ball Fundraiser

Want to help the club raise some funds and have a little fun at the same time?

As many of you will know, we have a “Bonus Ball Fundraiser Game” to help us with our ongoing efforts to raise funds for the club. If you are interested in supporting us and potentially winning some money too, please read on…

There is one winner each month, the person that matches the National Lottery (Lotto) Bonus Ball, on the last Saturday of the month. If no-one matches the Bonus Ball No. in any given month, we will then exercise a roll-over.

The winner each month, will take 50% of our takings up to a maximum prize fund of £100. Unless there has been a rollover/s, in which case, these funds will be added to the prize fund too.

Each number costs £5 per month and we’d like you to commit to a minimum of 6 months. This should ideally be paid by standing order on a monthly basis. However, we do accept payments in cash or bank transfers, for more than one month at a time.

We would like to highlight that all standing orders will need to be received by the 21st of each month. This allows us the time we need to process the information, as the last Saturday may fall as early as the 25th of the month. Our ideal is that payment is made in the first week of each month, but as long as we know it will arrive between the first week and the 21st of the month, then this is fine by us.

Important – This game is for over 18s only. We will be unable to make payment to the winner of any game, should the person matching the bonus ball for the month not have paid by the time of the draw – in this instance, the prize fund will be placed into a rollover situation.

Please choose a No. that you would like to have as yours for the draw, then email dkworthingcc@gmail.com. We will then allocate your chosen No. to you and update the below list, so it becomes clear which No.s are still available.

Annual Awards Dinner Raffle

Every year at our Annual Awards Dinner for Seniors, we raffle a number of items to assist us with raising additional funds for the whole club. This is a very popular event and we are indebted to the various generous local businesses that help us achieve maximum ticket sales.
